Offices for Rent

Non-profits and social service agencies may rent office space from Community Connections as it is available. The current rental rate is 55 cents per square foot. Rent includes water, gas and electricity. The tenant is responsible for phone, internet and janitorial services inside their office.

Units U-10, U-12 and A-6 are available to rent.

Unit U-10 is a 1021 square foot office located on the upper floor of the main building. U-10 has two storage rooms within the office.

Unit U-12 is a 990 square foot office located on the upper floor of the main building. It has two storage closets inside the room. It also has four cubicles and a shelving unit. These can stay in place or be removed at the new tenant's discretion.

Unit A-6 is a 914 square foot office located in the Annex. It is divided into a main office and two smaller offices. There is also a small bathroom inside the room.
